This observation shows a Mesodiplatys specimen of an unknown species - Mesodiplatys falcifer is known from caves of Bahia, Brazil:

But this species differs e.g. in the pronotum coloration and abdomen shape. The location is close to Bahia. No other Mesodiplatys species have been described from Brazil yet.
